A brand story built on myth, not just visuals
On the surface, this is a short AI-generated film. Look closer and it carries the trace of one of humanity’s oldest stories — the myth of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. For this Shirin Asal concept I worked as an AI Creative Director from a mythological and semiotic point of view, not just a visual one.
Every element is a sign
In a story like this, nothing on screen is accidental. The garden is not merely a location — it is the symbol of an ideal, innocent world. The blossoms are not decoration — they are signs of life, purity and beginning, reimagined here as the brand’s own biscuits hanging like fruit from the tree. The two children are not just characters — they are the first human experience of relationship, choice and discovering the world.
That difference — between generating content and authoring a narrative — is the whole point. AI can produce an image, a video or an animation in minutes. What it still cannot generate automatically is meaning. Meaning comes from understanding myth, semiotics, culture and the human psyche.
The question behind every frame
When I design a project, before I think about the tool, I ask: “What myth is this image meant to awaken in the audience’s mind?” I believe the future of advertising belongs not to those who write better prompts, but to those who can turn a myth into a brand’s visual identity — using AI as the instrument of storytelling, not the author of it.
